dragon sword question. please help. - Guild Wars Forums

i have been trying to get this sword for a while but the prices are Insane! where does this sword drop most often? i have not had any luck finding any info on this sword so far. so i hope someone can help.

also the prices i have been quoted are around 3k for the lower DPS one which is only 10-13 which i think sucks... but i will take what i can get =)

dont buy it, they are extremely overrated.

I am a level 12 Warrior... going on 13 here tonight... been playing for four days. Go with the Butterfly Sword. I have one that is 11-16 damage, and with my skills I end up hitting for 40+ each time. That sword, plus 14 armor shield, and a suit of nearly all 50 armor rated clothing... I'm a nice tank to utilize in a team.

By the way... I was aggroed with the above mentioned set of armor/weapons by a BeastMaster (level 26) and our team of 6 ended up killing it without a single loss. I took very little damage (about 50-100... out of 200+) thanks to armor, fast attacks, and wonderful healing.

dragon swrod = crap, ppl buy them for their look, and it is overcostly. which means bad for hard workin ppl who earned their money. nexttime look at the mods on swords before buying it. i'd perfer a sword that can kill than a sword that looks good anyday.

lol, the dragon sword is some drop somewhere, i forget where at, a buddy of mine hooked me up with one and its something like 14-18 damage, and thats pretty decent. i like the idea of having firedamage, even though it seems to have little to NO difference on what im attacking compared to my other sword that has the same damage but with more mods on it.
